Cherry Morello In Brandy
$59.99
Description
Renowned globally, Griottines are wild Morello cherries pitted and soaked in a meticulously guarded liqueur recipe. Presented in a glass jar, Peureux Griottines Cherries in Liqueur are an iconic specialty. Established in 1864 in Fougerolles, France, Auguste Peureux's distillery crafted the famous Fougerolles Kirsch liqueur. In the 1950s, Peureux developed a distinctive method, macerating de-stoned Balkan-grown Oblachinska Morello cherries with various distillery liqueurs, finishing with Kirsch to reach 15% alcohol by volume. These cherries enhance desserts, aperitifs, and cocktails, elevating any occasion.
